I order this online, and chose to pick it up at the store. I was a bit nervous about not getting the right item delivered, or getting a sweater stained, like I read on reviews. But I didn’t have any issues ordering from Macy’s. It was perfect, I loved how the sweater fits, it’s true to size, I would say a relaxed fit. If you want like an oversized look definitely size up.

I wouldn’t know. Macys decided to send me another sweater so have to return. I think I’m done with Macys.
It would be nice if the people packaging items would make sure that they have the right item in the right order. Now I have to go back to Macy’s return this and re-order it what a joke.
This sweater runs true to size but I ordered a size up to be able to easily layer as the seasons change. I love the green color and the bear giving fall vibes
