I bought this shoes just three months ago and probably worn it less than 8 times and it just completely ripped apart. The stitching tore and I can’t wear it anymore. I called Sperry and they have a 1 year warranty but just because I bought it from Macys they can’t do anything. I called macys customer service and they said I should have bought the warranty. Seriously!!! Why would I buy any product from Macys??. I am sooooo dissapointed. This also catches all the dirt and I have to wipe the shoe every day after wearing it. The leather is such low quality that its completely wrinkled after the first couple of wear itself. I have bought so many shoes from sperry and even gifted it to my sisters just because of the quality but this one is an utter disappointment. I don’t think I will have the confidence to buy another product feom Macys again!!! They don’t stand by the items they sell! So beware!!! Always always buy from the original retailer!
