Very slim shoe. Insole is embellished with a label wick iirritates the sole of my foot. The insole lining covers maybe 55 percent of the sole bed and the end of the lining is uncomfortable to stand on.
These were my fave pair of summer shoes until a big chunk of the sole randomly fell off as I was walking down the street. I didn't stub my toe or walk over anything; the front just fell off. I purchased these in March and have been wearing them on and off for the past few months. I've bought numerous Sperry boat shoes over the years and never had an issue until today.
I ordered these shoes in a 9.5. I got one 9.5 and one 8.5. I also was NOT aware that I was ordering a floor sample, but that’s what I got. Macy’s refused to pay for a UPS pickup to fix their mistake. I was told to take them to a UPS store or Macy’s location. I told them UPS store was closed until Monday (this was Saturday evening) and I’d be traveling early Monday so I had no time to make the return. They said I’d need to return them or they’d charge my card again. When I asked to be put in touch with a supervisor I was disconnected. I was forced to make a trip to a Macy’s store the next day and was told they didn’t have a procedure in place to process a return that had been started online so they couldn’t guarantee my card wouldn’t be charged again. I still don’t know if they’re going to charge me for the mismatched shoes that are currently in their possession.
Shoes arrived very scuffed, on the top! Good looking otherwise. Fit not great for me so returned rather than exchanged.

Fit well and feel comfortable. The leather scratches easily. It's not a rugged boat shoe. Good if you are light on your feet. That's my opinion.
I always have good luck with Sperry shoes and these are no exception. They are well made and fit well. I wear a 7M and find that they run true to size.
