Not satisfied with how product was received
Not sure what the shoe would have actually looked like because THEY WERE DAMAGED WHEN THEY ARRIVED! Both shoes and the box were damaged AND they took 8 days to arrive (standard 3-4 day shipping expected). The shoes were for my grandmother’s funeral so they were something I hoped to receive in good condition. I am a huge Macy’s supporter, but this was NOT a positive experience. Already returned to the store!!!

Stylish and attractive shoes
I did not think these would be very comfortable because of the straps. My feet are picky! I was so happy when they arrived, and to my surprise, when I tried them on, they were very comfortable!!! I do have narrow feet so I can see why some of the reviews with wide feet they would be tight. I love the style! The heel color makes the shoe. I love them and can't wait to wear them out to dinner, etc!

Painful when you walk
This shoes is beautiful, I wanted to love it. I ordered 8M, when it came, I tried it, the nut on the side hurt when you walk but it was only hurting me on the left foot, so i returned it and ordered 8.5M hoping it will not hurt or dig into my skin, when the second one arrives, i tried it on, it was worse then the first one. I had to return it. The advertisement says it’s comfortable, that’s not true cause you can’t even make it outside your front door with it. I would not recommend it

Really fancy looking
