GC Shoes Women's Monte Embellished Wedge Sandals

I ordered these shoes July 30, 2026. Said they were being delivered by door dash and they were out for delivery. The shoes were never delivered. I spoke with customer service and asked for a replacement pair to be shipped. They were delivered within days by USPS. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit. I returned them to the Dayton Mall Macy's. I was told I already received credit for the first pair of shoes. I did not receive credit as the shoes were lost in delivery. They said that within 7 to 10 I would receive credit for the returned pair. As of Sept 4th, there has been no credit issued. If I do not get credit for the returned shoes, I will NEVER purchase anything from Macy's again and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.

I take a size 7 medium. But when I tried this shoe on, I checked all over the box and the shoe to see if it was a 7 wide that was sent to me instead. But online I saw that it only comes in medium. So, if you have a narrow foot to begin with, it’s going to be very hard to walk in them without walking out of them.
