Running small

Running very small, I'm 135 lbs. Order Size 12 not even closed, should order size 16....it's beautiful but i can't return or exchange

Fabric and color,quality is great but these puffs sleeves make you look like broad sholder buff,also run small i needed size and a half up:not true to the size
