Poorly made
Really nice looking shoe and comfortable heel height, but very cheaply and poorly structured. Returning because one area where straps cross over is not properly stitched.

Condition of shoe not great..
I bought these last week and they made great time being delivered! However, when I opened the box the toe of one shoe had a scratch and the sewing on the strap of the clasp on the other looked frayed. I ended up trying to exchange them for a better looking pair but no stores carried NineWest and the shoe was completely sold out online…
