Anne Klein Women's Belted Puff-Sleeve Sheath Dress

The dress looks elegant beautiful and as always very nice texture

It’s not the dress that wasn’t good but the way it was handled for delivery. I bought the dress on my Macy’s account thinking that size 4 was okay, but it fit large. Same with other two dresses . So after I made sure that smaller sizes were available, I head to Macy’s Twelve Oaks and told the lady at the counter that I am leaving overseas early morning on the 11th of July. She said “ you better expedite it and I said yes” When it was the turn of Ann Klein dress she said that it wasn’t available at size 2. I told her it’s impossible because I can get on my account and I went ahead and bought it but wasn’t able to change the shipping address. So I asked her to help me, but she didn’t know how to do it, so she called customer service and INSTEAD cancelled my order. I ended up reordering the dress and of course it wasn’t expedited with the other 2 dresses and she didn’t bother to do anything to correct her mistake. When I got home I called customer service and they were already closed because it was Sunday. Early morning Monday I called and the lady was nice and promised to try and do something & let me know but didn’t. Tuesday I talked to a a man named David and the a supervisor named Hanz. They were both nice but they never update me. Now I got a message that the dress is estimated to be delivered July 12th when unfortunately I will be out of the country. I still don’t want to cancel the dress because I like it, but what happened is not good. This is the first bad experience I have with Macy’s. I am not happy at all.

Cute dress, but I had to return it, because it was to tight in the chest.

Stylish, practical, and fits beautifully! This dress will be one of my favorite go to dresses this spring and summer. Fits a bit high-waisted for me but not a deal breaker. Pair it with heels or sandals. A great price point too!
