I bought king size for a queen size bed. It is several inches short of the floor on both sides; therefore requires a bed skirt. The design on the bedspread is not embroidered, but printed. The pillow shams are embroidered. The color is exactly what I wanted. Not sure if I will keep it. Not sure it's worth the price, even discounted.
