This shoe runs short, needed a bigger size the store was not able to order it for me.

I have been looking for a comfortable pair of platform sandals for a while. These are the first pair that I could wear all day and not get blisters.

I love this shoe style that I bought it in 3 colors, but the black ones look like two left shoes. Difficulty in working and it’s odd. The brown and the leopard print are perfect and comfortable. This black is definitely going back.

This item was ordered online and never received. After 2 hours on the phone with 2 separate calls to customer service the charge is still on my bill 😡 To make the situation more frustrating, customer service reordered and billed me for the pair of shoes I did receive in my order. I was reassured the mistaken order would be cancelled after my second call to customer service. The item was still shipped and billed to my card. I now get to drive one hour to my nearest Macy’s to return the shoes that I already received. I will NEVER order anything online with this company again.

I love FrancoSarto and have so many pairs but these were very disappointing. I bought them 2 different times and the strap on the right shoe broke the first time I wore them. The 2nd time it literally only lasted a few hours and I was at a high school graduation open house hobbling around in a broken shoe. I love this style and really needed a new white shoe for the summer. Really bummed that the quality is not what I normally expect from this brand.
