Hotel Collection Luxe Down Alternative Medium Density Pillow, Standard/Queen, Hypoallergenic, Exclusively at Macy’s

Love the size and feel against my face/head.

Terrible. Pillow is enormous and way too stiff for a normal sized person to use as it angles the head upwards. Tried to return this, and Macy’s used an old credit card # that is from an account that was closed long ago, and will only refund the $$ to this closed account. Total incompetence, and a total waste of time all around.

Hypoallergenic, breathable. Covered in quality cotton. The loft is perfect, not too soft but supportive. This is my second purchase in 4 years.

Pillow is FIRM not Medium density. I kept it to use between my legs as I am a side sleeper, but do not recommend for your head. It is also way too large to fit into normal king size pillow cases, I had to buy hotel collection pillow cases and they just fit.

I don't normally write reviews, but, oh my god this pillow. I bought it because my neck hurt so bad I could barely move it and thought "screw it, maybe the world's best pillow will fix this." And friends, wow. Not only did it fix my neck pain, but my quality of sleep went through the roof. I woke up several times last night and was able to instantly fall back asleep. That never happens. I'm so overjoyed by this pillow. Buy it. You spend a third of your life sleeping. It should be on something as wonderful as this pillow.

I bought this pillow after reading a review in the NYT Wirecutter section. I'm having trouble with my head and neck, always slept on down pillows and was very reluctant to spend money on an alternative. But after more than a week, I can say that this medium firm pillow is really making a difference in how my neck feels after a night in bed. Hallelujah!

I did not find this pillow comfortable. I was very hard. I used it for a couple days and it never “broke in.”

I love this pillow. They are worth every penny. Firm, comfortable and they last forever. I have several and will buy more in the future. BUY THIS PILLOW, you won't be sorry. I can't say enough.
