It works into the skin really well. I’m hoping by using this on a regular basis it will relax my muscles. I seem to be having trouble getting them to relax after tkr. That is what needs to take place in order to get my knee flexing back.
I have bought the other magnesium lotion and oil but I especially like this massage oil. It contains a lot of anti inflammatory essential oils. It’s very watery but it does absorb nicely into the skin. I sometimes use it with the magnesium lotion. I find this works relatively fast acting and calms my neuropathy and achy muscles due to my autoimmune condition. I highly recommend recommend.
Great lotion. This is my 2nd purchase of this magnesium lotion with lavender. Also purchased the magnesium massage oil. Both products are great. Soothing for aching and cramping muscles. I use it morning and night.
