Cangshan Helena Series Steel 4-Pc. Fine-Edge Steak Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last 8 years, we have purchased one set of steak knives after another. We used the Chicago Cutlery of our early marriage to cut sod on 3 different homes. They were useful. None of the others have been good for much. These knives are, however, exceptional. We love them. I think they may even make our steaks taste better! Wish they had a container to keep them safer from the grandkids.

These are the best possible knives you could ever order. The quality is fantastic and they are beautiful. I can never go back to anything else.

Knives are decent. I would like a little more weight in the handle, because they feel a little bit cheap. But overall they seem like a nice addition to my knife collection.
