Size not correct and now I cannot return it!!! I wear a size 10 and I cannot even button the top of this outfit.

I’m very happy with this dress that I plan to wear to my niece’s wedding in August in New York. I’m tempted to take it to a Taylor to have it more custom fitted, but it may work just the way it is. I’m wearing a simple gold chain that belonged to my mother which plays off the gold button on the dress, and a gold scarf Just need shoes.
