seriously over night shipped something for it to come damaged it’s final sale so they won’t let me exhange it or give me store credit to re order something else and toldme the claim can take up to 7-10 business days but i have a full video of me opened the box with the tag on the dress and it unworn and the zipper doesn’t zip up?!! how is that legal tos end that out and then make me wait to re order something in time for an event. disgusting service

The stress is absolutely beautiful and so flattering. It’s not see-through at all and has adjustable of ties on top.

I contacted customer service and asked to return this (Last Act item) due to the zipper being defective. I will bring dress back to store as per Macy’s customer service rep.

I had to send it back as the stitching in the back made dress look awkward. Ordered another to try again as I like the dress otherwise.
