I was helped twice by an employee-both at Estée Lauder and later at shoes- he directed clerks and at shoes actually found the sizes for me to try. When I asked if he was new and was "roaming" the floor- he was such as asset- it turned out he was the store manager. Most impressive.

I was expecting a full size of all the products listed in the box, when I opened my box found out that only one was full size and the rest was small size, very disappointed.
