The nonstick coating is one of the best I’ve ever used. I had burned cheese onto the pan from a quesadilla, and it slid right off, no fuss. It’s extremely easy to clean and it’s heavy duty. It’s made very well and I believe it will be in my kitchen for years to come. It’s definitely the highest quality pan I own. The heat distribution is even and it’s extremely efficient at what it claims. I love this pan!
