I bought a brown leather Ralph Lauren bag, but they sent me a blue one instead—completely different from what I ordered. I contacted customer service asking them to send the correct item, but all I was told was that I simply have to return it to get my money back! I would like to receive the correct item, since the mistake was yours! I am truly very disappointed with the customer service!

Beautiful bag! I had been wanting it for sometime. Only issue is the leather has a few scratches on it. I don't want to return it bc it's sold out but not pleased with the lack of quality control.
