Never received
When I ordered this item, it said received in 3 to 6 business days. We are way past that and it shows that it hasn’t left their warehouse. I called to get a refund. They are avoiding the refund telling me now that it is going to be shipped. Meanwhile, after checking today, it’s still has not shipped. They will not refund me. Macy’s is disappointing me because it is not following through on supporting their customers.
