Beautiful dress

Missing embellishment
It was such a fiasco. I tried it on. I gave it to the lady. She put it up by the register forgot to put it in the bag. I had to drive back the next day thank God it was there then I bring it all the way home which I’m about 40 minutes away, and I take it out of the bag and it’s missing an embellishment on one side of the shoulder and it’s my nieces wedding so I could not screw around so I had to keep it like that awful absolutely horrible and I spent good money on it too. I think that you guys should reimburse me or at least contact me about it.
