Returning purchasing online is not working for me

Not at all what is pictured, also low quality
I ordered 2 sizes of the dress pictured, one dress that arrived was marked with the same tags and item numbers but was 3 tiered completely different dress. Quality on both dresses was extremely low, extremely thin fabric.
