Macys Online is undependable, inconsistent
I received the wrong product (a completely different dish set than what I ordered) with no notification. I returned it immediately. Then when I tried to get a refund I got the run around. I cancelled the order and Macy's continued to ship product to me. I still do not have a refund. I have spoken to Macy's three times by phone and one time by chat and each person tells me something different. I sincerely do not recommend using Macy's online. Macys continues to hold onto my payment.
