Bigger than previous size 5s
I love the FitFlop Lulus, I have 5 pairs all size 5 bought from FitFlop direct. For some odd reason this new gold pair from Macy’s size 5 is bigger. Trying to stick foot friendly stickers on them to make them fit better…

Too wide around instep strap
Size of sandal runs large in width and straps. I have an average width foot across the instep but sandals are so large across the instep strap that the sandals fall off.

SIZING IS OFF
I own numerous pairs of FitFlops. All size nine. All fit well enough. Although it would be nice if they introduced an 8.5. This particular shoe is made exceedingly large - like a size 10 or 11. Its way too big and its obviously off size when laid next to my other FitFlops. I am retuning these and ordering a size.
