Chefman 12-Cup 8-in-1 Coffee & Beverage Station

I haven't really used it yet. The only problem is not being able to turn off the heating plate.

I haven't got to use my product yet , I purchased it an unfortunately it had a thermostat issue. I contacted support, it was a little complicated but once i was able to get a "person" they helped with getting a replacement sent out, it did take a little while but its here an im excited to try it out. The product did get a bit delayed and the box was damaged ,they obviously cant control that. im hoping this one is tip top an i have no further issues with my 8 in one coffee station. So fingers crossed, I will update if there are any further issuers

I love the many options I have with this coffe maker.

It’s very easy to use, has so many different options,

I was thrilled with the multifunctional features of this machine, but unfortunately, one of them doesn’t work from the very first day. I had set my alarm to wake up to a hot cup of coffee in the morning, but the delay function is malfunctioning.

Our chefman is great. Coffee is smooth and rich. Temperature options are nice. Really enjoy the variety of brewing options. BUT the machine will not consistently operate its delay brew function. Every Coffee pot MUST HAVE A QUALITY DELAY BREW. This machine seems to struggle.

The Keurig insert did not sit properly and it leaked the first time using. I will make other attempts to try and figure out if it’s me doing that or if it’s the device.

It’s constantly stating to clean it which we do. When we set it to keep the coffee pot warm it pours tons of hot water into the coffee pot.

So much to learn. Have not used the milk frother yet.

Easy to use. Still sorting out brews and drink sizes.
