Cocktail perfection!

Fabric too thick and bulky
This is a really pretty dress but the waist and bottom portion is too bulky because the fabric is very thick and is double layered in front. It adds a lot of bulk and makes it unflattering. It would be better in a thin fabric. For reference I am 5'3'' 135lbs. Size 4 fit me.
