Buckle is not centered and makes purse look weird.
The shape of the purse arrived warped. The buckle is off centered causing it to look unattractive.

No close top
Bag is really cute but it doesn’t close on top and you cannot adjust the buckle. It’s too bad because otherwise I wanted to keep it.

Fabulous!
I love this purse and have received a lot of compliments because of its use of the denim fabric. But take note of the dimensions because the purse is much smaller than it looks on the model.

Terrible Delivery
I don't know if I like the purse because I did not receive. Beware Macy's uses Veho Delivery Service! Veho says they delivered the package with no picture of the package at my door, only a picture of my garage and house number which is easily obtainable from Google Maps. Checking reviews of this company, shows many people with the same issue. Veho says delivered, but no package. Macy's has yet to make this right after two calls to customer service. I am not inclined to order online from Macy's again. This delivery service is too unreliable and I can't afford to pay for items not delivered.
