Awkward fit
It seems like they just added more fabric to upsize the dress, without measuring a real person. Size 12 was almost at my ankles even though I’m 5’8”. The dress waist hit in an awkward place, not quite an empire cut, but also not at the waist. The arm holes did not sit against my body, they were sticking out around the edges in front, even though the top when closed fit me exactly. It’s like it was cut for someone my size to be at least 6 feet tall. Maybe the smaller sizes are better fitting, or if you are statuesque. It sure looked great in the model. I’m sad because the dress itself it very beautiful.
