Love megafood products! This supplement is very easy to take and digest. I'm sensitive to most supplements and they hurt my stomach, but I have no issues with this brand.

I had been taking a 2000 IU Vitamin D3 from a different company, but my doctor suggested increasing my D3 supplementation, and adding K2. MegaFood vitamins are the best I've tried. Whole food ingredients with no synthetic fillers are important to me when choosing vitamins and supplements. It takes at least 60 - 90 days to feel the difference, but it's worth the wait. It's important to take Magnesium with any D3/K2 vitamins to ensure proper calcium metabolism. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for affordable, good quality vitamins or supplements.
