I ordered a size 8 & received a size 6 twice. Contacted customer service after the wrong size came in. Customer service assisted me in the return and reordering another pair in a size 8 but received a size 6 for the second time.
I needed a pair of short boots for the remainder of winter, and this pair is perfect! They are very easy to slip on and off, and they keep my feet warm. I ordered a full size up, as advised by many reviewers, and they fit perfectly.

It is hard for me to get the foot in as the top is very stiff. Felt like it runs small. May not be the case with everyone.

I love these boots!! I bought them in one size, they were a little too small. So I bought them another color in the size larger. They are soooo comfortable and very warm. Highly recommend these!!!
