Wrong size delivered TWICE
I have ordered this boot in a size 8 twice - and both times I received a 6. How is this happening?

Terrible customer service
I ordered pair of size 8 Skechers boots. They sent me size 6 four times. It’s like a joke. All that time l put in to re order thinking that they wouldn’t make the same mistake again. But they have no respect for their customers. What about a quality control. I am so over with this company.

I would not buy this product again!
These boots are supposed to be arch fit but there is no real arch support. There is no cushioning. The boots are too flat and I returned them. My Skeckers boots from two years ago have better support and they were not arch fit. The quality of Skeckers products have decreased.
