Now Foods Calcium Citrate, 100 Tabs

My wife prefers this source of calcium she requires. She favors tablets over caplets.

Calcium pill large hard to swallow but it does not contain harmful ingredient propylene glycol which fda says is ok in moderation but I take this supplement twice a day everyday ,., so that’s not in “moderation”, it’s hard to find the formulation I need…600/400 calcium and vitamin D

I was surprised at how large this calcium pill is and am afraid to try swallowing it. Can I crush it and eat it in something?

This is a new product for us and so far have been happy with it.

I bought this a couple months ago and when I opened it it smells like ammonia. I threw it away along with two other bottles. I was not happy with it at all!

They recommend to use half of tablets, but they are to strong to cut (I almost break my pill cutter). Waste money.
