The package changed. Did the "recipe" also change?? This lip liner was my absolute favorite and now I cannot use it! I will be looking elsewhere.

Not good
It arrived, not good condition. The tip was already soft and melted. Return it. Not happy.

It is not waterproof.
When I applied it, the tip broke easily. The elf brand looks better on application.

Liner broke and dry
I would say the packaging was not equipped to handle this liner. It was smashed and broken waste of my money.

Great lip liner
Love this lip liner. I have been using it for years. It’s retractable. My lips are small & don’t have to use lipstick with it.

Hate the new formula
What happened to the old formula of the lip liner now it’s greasy and the colors different. Don’t like it. Bring back the old one.

Loved the Lip Liner
The new lipstick sucks and they have lost over a 10 year customer with the cheapening of their product. The color is not even the same, even though it says it is. Very upset about it. But, I did try this lip liner and I will be buying that .
