Macy's doesn't respect its customers! I ordered this dress and received a torn one. After spending my time and money, I returned the damaged dress to the store. The store didn't have the size I needed, so I ordered the dress online again. When I received the order, I burst into tears. The dress was torn! How can they send customers items that are obviously damaged? Twice!!!
Unfurtunatly the dress that I got was on terrible situation. The bottom part was all dirty about 5 cm prom zipper and the side was wriped off I returned it after one hour of delivery time that I got the dress.and absolutely that’s not fair.
