Terrible experience with my order
Macys is using door dash to deliver your package and I ordered 2 dresses and they never came. Spoke to customer service several times and they have no idea according to them what happened. I am platinum card holder and this is the way they treated me after I spent thousands of dollars every year to maintain my card. They told me to keep my item which I never received. I want to advise customers not to trust Macys. They are not the same company I used to shop with. Am very disappointed with them and I hope their corporate office and their ceo’s read this review.
