Beautifil Dress that sparkles

I was very surprised to received the dress and find out that the fabric has little sparkles on the skirt i loved that and it was not visible in the pictures online. the skirt is not completely sew to the lining and if you don fit it right it create a weird look on the back of the dress. Also the back of the dress on the bottom there were two spots of like a clear thing that dried and 2 spots. it was not super noticeable but quite weird since the dress was very well packed when it arrived.
