I could fit one and a half of me into this dress

Not quite as I was expecting I could fit one in another half of me in this dress that is how big it’s running. I’m not sure why, but it is definitely not sized appropriately and not flattering on a petite shape. Maybe it again was the wrong size or labeled wrong but I feel like it’s almost 4 sizes too big on me.
