The shoes never arrived and it's been a struggle working with the seller, who I thought was Macy's but it's not. Be careful when ordering from what you think is Macy's ,now that they've opened as a marketplace. I haven't received the shoes or a refund. I filed a claim with UPS which they settled same day but I'm still waiting to hear from the seller. A very frustrating experience.
