I like the size, quality and texture. its very comfortable, but I think I need to use two pillows to keep the volume

This is my very first negative review ever. These pillows are like cardboard. They have no plush to them, they have no support and what a waste of my money. I put my head on the pillow and it goes right to the bottom - absolutely zero comfort. I would have been better off spending $ on a pillow sheet with one feather in it.
