Absolutely disappointed they leak around the collar of the bottle and nipple connection. Anti colic insert does not set into the top of the bottle correctly so there is not a tight seal. On top of a colic newborn - a mother challenge parents with a new born should not have to hurdle with . Not to mention the additional wasted funds and having to purchase additional bottles.
As far as the actual product, it works great and my baby loves it. Now the box the bottles came in and the shipping box were completely a mess and I was sure the bottles were damaged but they were fine.
After two months of use, the green AntiAir insert started crumbling. This is dangerous because small pieces can get into the bottle, and the baby might swallow them. I always sterilize the bottles with Avent’s sterilizer, so this might be the reason for the crumbling.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont recommend this bottle. I prefer the Natutal bottle. This anti coloc thing causes some leaks around the nipple and the plastic holder. I would return if i could. Or excahnge it with Natiral bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Myself and ny husband as new parents were very impressed by Philips anti-colic bottles. We started using it for feeding our baby right from her initial weeks and she could easily get used to bottle-feeding. The main reasons were the amazing power of the inner valves which could control the pace of flow and help immensely in avoiding gas entrapment. These bottles are also very easy for cleaning as every part can be disassembled. Great product and would certainly recommend to all parents!
We have used these bottles for a month and the leaking has been very frustrating. We make sure the vent is in properly every time and it pops out continuously leaking sometimes a half ounce of breastmilk. It can take 3 tries to get it right. We use the Avent bottle warmer, and warm it up with the vent inside, is that affecting the vent? I can’t find an answer. I want to like these bottles, my baby does well with them, but am considering a switch.
Nipple doesn’t stay filled up. Air gets in, isn’t the point of these that air doesn’t get in?
My baby bottles are all Phillips Avent, but this baby air free bottle is leaking milk some how. At first, I thought the top might not be on properly, but later found out it's a top part issue.
We had leakage problems with several packages of the 4 ounce bottles we bought, but they were all the same lot number. We exchanged them and haven’t had any more issues. I wish that there was a sippy cup conversion kit specifically for the anti colic bottles. These bottles aren’t cheap and once your baby is used to them and you’ve invested in 21 bottles of the 4 ounce, 21 bottles of the 9 ounce and 11 ounce sizes it would be nice to be able to convert them instead of having to start all over with a different size/shape/brand.
