In the description and the picture this shirt is shown as "oversized", but it definitely is not. Based on the description I ordered one size down, but if anything, it is smaller than a normal size. I don't know if the shirt I received was mislabeled at the factory or just in the description but based on my experience, I would say do not size down--if you want a loose fit, size up. Note: it is a pretty color and pattern.
