Eliza J Women's Short-Sleeve Trapunto Stitch Belted Midi Shirt-Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I may have ordered the wrong size. You can see it’s a little bit of a tight fit on my waist and chest. I don’t think this would be a good option for people with large chests, since the material has no stretch. I do love that it’s 100% cotton, the stitching is impeccable and it’s really well constructed. The length is a perfect midi for me at 165 cm tall. The buttons are well sewn and hidden in a front panel. A lot of attention to detail was given to this dress. Over all I would expect it to last a long time with the right fit. Though this dress wasn’t the right one for me I would recommend it. The rattan belt buckle is a very cute touch.

The buttons down design looks classic and elegant , and the separate belt add a nice touch to the overall look. The fabric feels good and the dress is great for everyday wear or casual outing. However, I’m 5’1”, and the dress seems a little bit long on me. Overall, im very happy with the style and fit .

I love almost everything about this dress. I had a few issues ordering, but that was my fault, and as usual, Macys came through for me and it all worked out. I usually order a large to xlarge in dresses, so I ordered a 14 in this one, thinking I could take it in if needed. It was way too small across the bust! Surprised me. The skirt and waist was snug but would have worked. So I ordered a bigger size. I thought, but accidentally ordered another 14. So I packed those both up quickly and ordered a 16. By that time it was on sale and unreturnable, but I knew that I loved the dress and would make it work. It came in time for my event which was perfect. The fabric was just beautiful. It had a slight sheen to it. The button placket is completely covered all the way down to the hem so has a beautiful smooth line. Theres a piece of fabric across the under sleeve so there’s no peekaboo with your bra and I felt covered, without changing the cute design of the cap sleeve.

It has the cutest details, like the hem line at the bottom and the belt with stitched holes so the belt doesn't slip. It is so cute on! That being said, it fits everywhere except my bust, which is an average size bust. My ladies were about to pop buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dress for work in the summer. It's modest without being stuffy. I love the olive green color, it's very flattering. I'll wear this in the summer and fall. Maybe even late spring. It's a midi dress, and it flatters my hourglass figure while hiding my lower tummy. The belt is cute but I'm not sure how to wash it.
