BCBG Women's Sleeveless Smocked Gold Foil Ruffle Mini Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect party dress. It is both comfortable and cute! I felt so fancy wearing this but not fussy at all. The length is perfect for transitioning between day/night events. The material is a bit itchy at first but after wearing for a while it didn't continue to bother me. I love how stretchy the bodice is, very flattering. The colors are perfect and go with anything. There are no zippers, just a hook and button at the back of the neck. It was difficult to get the button clasped and even more so to undo it. Best to have help, but doable alone. Dry clean only! This is not a dress I would risk machine washing.

It is made of slightly itchy material though which makes it a little uncomfortable for me personally. No strong odor from the dress material, which was nice!

My teen daughter wore this dress to a family event and it was just right for her. It was youthful looking paired with a pair of sneakers and she was comfortable for the evening.

It is wrinkle free material, light weight and it is comfortable. The high end material that it is made of will last after several wears so I would definitely say it has durability. The dress also keeps you cool.

I fell in love with this dress! The picture doesn't do it justice.I did go up a size for a little extra room but I didn't have to.

She loves wearing dresses. I’m always looking for age-appropriate ones she will love. Though this is an adult dress, it is not only age-appropriate, but stunning. The length is perfect. The coverage is great. She looks so beautiful in it, and she FEELS beautiful in it. It’s nice and lightweight, which I like. It also has a lining underneath since the overlay is sheer. She is approaching the age where she will start to be invited to Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and this dress is perfect for those occasions.

Now this dress didn’t end up being my style but I thought the ruffles were a really cute touch. When I washed the dress, I hung dried it and it felt the same as when I received it! Beautiful dress just not my style.
