This style was very popular in the late 70's--a true hiphugger fit with wide legs. They fit well but I would probably go a size up for a more relaxed fit at the waist. I'm 5'4", 112 lbs, and ordered 00/24.
Love these - fits perfect!
I love the way these jeans fit in the butt, but they seem to balloon out in a weird way in the thighs. Very odd. I LOVE wide legged jeans, but somehow these drape in a weird way. If you stand still it sometimes looks okay, but when moving or walking, there is extra fabric around the thighs that looks like the old Ronald McDonald or horseback rider pants. Not flattering.
The cut, color and structure are perfect. They are true denim jeans with the comfort or a wide leg pant.

A true low-rise jean is hard to find, and these are perfect. For the girlies with a bigger booty, maybe size up. The legs are wide but not overwhelming. I hope LB makes these in a straight leg soon!
