I’m glad I took the plunge and bought these! They are truly nonstick, and I can tell they will be good for a long time. They heat evenly, and food cooks perfectly. The only downside is that the handles on the lids can get hot, so sometimes I need a pot holder.

I’m disappointed with the coating, was expecting high quality non stick but first few uses have had sticking…

I bought this set for a friend and they are 100% satisfied.

The pans are extremely well made and sturdy, I think they will outlive me! The only issue is that the food will stick if you don’t time the correctly. I find, for example, eggs need to be released after about 30 seconds or they may stick. Once they are released, everything is good and they won’t stick. I think it may have something to do with the texture of the pan. It’s not a bad thing, it’s just a little bit different than what I am used to.

These are the very best non stick pans I’ve ever used. They also heat very evenly and maintain the heat the glass lid is a bonus especially when I’m cooking orzo with shrimp I can keep an eye on the shrimp so they don’t overcook

This is a perfect set and it's rare to get lids for frypans so I was thrilled to find this. With the combination of ceramic and stainless steel interior, any of these pans will perfectly cook scrambled eggs, fry potatoes and give nicely browned burgers and chicken and other food choices without sticking in the pan! The pans brown and sear nicely and cleanup is a breeze. Such a great price point for pans with lids.
