I'm 5'3(ish) and 105 lbs and the 0 fits me so well!! It is a little big in the bust, but not very noticeable (and that is probably a me problem vs a make problem lol). It is so beautiful!! It is high quality, but not heavy - which usually happens with dresses like this in my experience. So flattering!!
