Arrived with marks on front of jacket!

I really wanted this Ralph Lauren velour peplum jogging suit for my baby granddaughter. I wish it looked just like the picture. Instead it arrived with marks on the front of the velour jacket that ruin the appearance. For the price it should be much better than what I received. So disappointed in this! Will be returning it.
