This flavor is soooo good! Very refreshing and gives me the energy I need to get through my workout. I wish they sold this flavor in the larger size because of how good it is. Will definitely purchase again!
I have tried many nutritional and energy supplements in my life with very little that did what it claimed. Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy gave my body the boost it needed to get through the day. Not only was it effective at optimizing my nutritional intake, but it wasn't like others in the taste department. The blueberry mojito flavor was delicious and a treat to enjoy! I will be buying to replenish my supplies.
Essential Amino Energy Blueberry Mojito has been a lovely addition to my morning routine. I feel more energetic and ready to go. The taste is different and fruity. I add the powder to my smoothies to give it some flavor. Will be trying other varieties of america no energy.
I really love it and my husband too easy to prepare after working out . Taste good , works great .
I usually don't use a supplement. But this wasn't half bad! Overall, I feel that after a work I had more energy when taking it than without
I received the Blueberry Mojito flavored Amino Energy. I absolutely loved the taste of it. It wasn't overall sweet like some of the other brands I tried in the past. I used 2 scoops as a post workout. It is perfect for muscle recovery and energy. Sometimes working out can take a lot of energy out of me and this really helps bring that back. I also love how this product doesn't give me the jitters so I can use it instead of coffee for an afternoon pick me up.
Sometimes I can find the motivation to squeeze in multiple workouts in a day or at the very least multiple days in a row. When that happens, sometimes my muscles don't recover as quickly, and I need a boost. When my workouts come before my coffee, I use ON's Amino Energy for that kick in the butt to get going. But the benefits don't just end there... After my workouts, on the days I take Amino Energy, I'm able to better focus on the rest of my workday and make it through with energy until the closing bell. Unlike some of the other energy powders I've had in the past, this one tastes great! (at least the blueberry mojito) FYI: Definitely requires a shaker bottle to dissolve in water.
I tried this product for two days and it had me on my feet the energy was high and my heart was racing. it kept me up so this product is not for me. Even though I don a hugh impact class like trx
I always can use a little help to get me going , which this does. I also have noticed getting a little bigger in the arms and chest. Making me work harder because more energy is a big plus. But not get sore after a hard workout is great !
The berry mojiito amino energy gave great energy for a workout or during the work day to beat the afternoon slump. I would recommend!
