Great chocolates but arrive melted
The chocolate themselves are great, but Macy's sends them with no packaging and half of them were melted by the time they arrived. Not even an option to ship differently and I can never find them locally. Don't know why they can't stock temperature sensitive item in stores.

Frangos
Frango mints delivered twice and were melted. We have always ordered these mints but never during a hot month I guess. They do not know how to ship chocolate..
