Frango Chocolates 2 Pack 1 LB Dark Mint Box of Chocolates, Created for Macy's

We get these every year for the past 30 years and just love them!

I bought these with the hope of enjoying these normally tasty treats. However, they arrived having melted into a hard singular mass of chocolate embedded with all the singular paper cups. Completely inedible. Vast disappointment. And, could not return, per instructions. Very expensive for such incredibly poor service and inedible mass of paper chocolate mess. Very disappointed in Macy’s. Did not package properly that caused the severe melt down.

Package arrived in a timely manner. However, in opening the box, the rather expensive chocolate mints were a melted together mass. Unbelievable. I have previously purchased such items that contained some kk d of cooling packaging like icy packages to protect this expensive purchase. Nothing here but a hard gob of chocolate with singular papers all blended into the mass of chocolate. Horrible.

The minty taste mixed with the chocolate covering is great

I always love this chocolate and it has always arrived in perfect condition except this time it did not. Each of the two one-pound boxes arrived melted into a solid block of chocolate infused with all the little paper cups that surround each piece. It was a total mess. I have been breaking off odd shaped pieces and carefully pealing off the paper in order to get tidbits of chocolate to eat.

These are my favorite chocolate mints hands down! The mint is not too strong nor does it leave that artificial aftertaste that low quality mints can. It is extremely smooth and just the perfect bite with my afternoon coffee!! I’m afraid I’m quite addicted!

I sent this order of 2 lbs of my mother's favorite chocolates Frango Chocolate mint truffles. Both times arrived melted and destroyed! Cannot believe they don't have a system down that allows the chocolates to be shipped in the summer months when they offer that. it costs us time to have to complain and then write the reive and costs Macys money to have to waste the product and refund the customer. Which we all understand; passes the loss back on to the customer in growing costs of operation. Stop offering to send them in warm weather if you cannot figure out how. These chocolates came all the way fro North Carolina. My mother lives in Sacramento. There had to have been in interstore order that could have been faster and not have the product exposed to the heat for that long? Or UPS just doesn't care and isn't doing their job to properly prepare them for shipping? Still trying to decide what the REAL problem is?

These are the BEST chocolate mints I’ve ever had. Love them!! I try to stock up when they’re on sale.

Mother’s Day gift for mother in law arrived as melted mess. Would not ship from Macys again.
