HMB a big Plus
As a 64 year old and just getting back into the weights after a couple decades off, I'm optimistic I can still put a decent amount of muscle back on. Using both HMB and Creatine I'm delighted with the results so far and motivated to keep going.

I have been taking them consistently for about three weeks now and feel that they are producing even greater results than creatine alone as far as strength and muscle growth. I wish they weren’t in the form of three pills but they seem to be effective so I’ll take them, ha!

HMB capsules
I have only been taking the HMB capsules for a couple of weeks but I already feel stronger with a quicker recovery time. I believe this supplement will really help me going forward!
